It is the multidisciplinary approach, which combines the evaluation of the social, environmental, ecological and economic aspects of a project and determines the ultimate consequences of undertaking the project.<\/p><p>Our expertise in conducting environmental and social studies possess the capacity of identifying impacts, propose mitigation measures and way forward to execute the Project \/ Industry in a diligent and timely manners. We meets the national and international standards and fulfill the legal and other requirements. Our approach is to endorse the significance of business and make contribution for the appropriate solution.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Due diligence Studies <\/strong><\/p><p>The HESS has been involved in due-diligence studies of the Projects to assess the current status of the Project or its activities, identification of the Gaps in the ESMS, capacity analyses, project impacts on the sensitive receptors, compatibility of the project process to environment, recommendations for improvements and assistance to develop ESAP Action items.<\/p><p><strong>Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP)<\/strong><\/p><p>We assist the lender in due diligence process to develop ESAP action item that is effective and comprehensive to the practical approach so as to achieve targets for the E&amp;S compliances at Project. The ESAP to contain the real time impact mitigation as proactive approach to reduce, mitigate and \/or manage the impact to the minimum level or where possible eliminate it.
